We are hiring driven individuals to join our Contract Scout Team, responsible for identifying lucrative state and federal contracting opportunities. Your primary role will be to explore thousands of contracts available for bid, ensuring that Two Lions Contracting can pursue the most profitable projects in our industry.

• Search for State & Federal Contracts: Utilize platforms like SAM.gov to identify open opportunities.
• Analyze Contract Requirements: Review scope, eligibility, and qualifications to ensure alignment with Two Lions Contracting’s capabilities.
• Report & Submit Opportunities: Compile and present potential contracts to management for evaluation.
• Track & Monitor Bids: Follow up on bid statuses and help refine future searches based on awarded contracts.

For every contract you find and Two Lions Contracting wins, you earn 2-3% of the contract’s profit. This is a performance-based role with unlimited earning potential—the more successful bids you find, the more you make!
